Level Editor (alpha test) added

I have long wanted to add to my game the ability  create levels. And that's it! I added a basic level /map editor where you can create your own levels and play on it.  Maybe it's inconvenient and without saving-system yet , but I will try to make it better , so that you can create more comfortable and share it with another people
